PromptMap
Map visual placement notes onto a reference image and compile them into a structured prompt.
Overview
PromptMap is a local-first visual prompt mapping tool for AI image generation, UI generation, and composition-heavy creative work. Add a reference image, place pins or draw regions, attach instructions to each mark, and copy a prompt that describes the layout with coordinates instead of vague placement words.
Reference image canvas
Drop in a PNG, JPG, or WebP image and use it as the spatial base for a prompt.
Pins and regions
Mark exact points with pins or draw box regions for larger composition zones.
Placement constraints
Describe each annotation as exact, near, flexible, or reference-only before compiling the prompt.
Export and handoff
Copy the compiled prompt or export an annotated PNG, project JSON, and prompt package as a ZIP.
Use and install
Open PromptMap in a supported browser, then choose Install app from the browser menu to add the PWA.
