Guild Tags Indexer stores a private index of Guild Tag information such as a tag name and icon, guild ID and name, and the associated invite code. If you are a guild owner, administrator, or another person authorized to act for the guild, you can request removal or correction of that entry.
What to include
- The Discord guild ID for the entry concerned.
- The guild name, Guild Tag, or invite code if that helps identify the entry.
- Whether you want the entry deleted or corrected, and the scope of the request.
- Enough information to reasonably verify that you are authorized to act for the guild.
Verification
The operator may request reasonable proof that you control or administer the relevant guild before modifying the index. This is used only to prevent unauthorized deletion or correction requests.
What happens next
Verified requests are reviewed and handled within a reasonable period. Eligible indexed data will be removed from the operator’s local dataset and, where practical and applicable, from the Discord forum entries created by the indexing workflow. Limited operational records may be retained where necessary for security, legal obligations, or to document that a request was completed.
Source listings
Guild Tags Indexer currently derives its dataset from a third-party public Guild Tag listing. Removing an entry from Guild Tags Indexer does not remove it from that independent source. Requests concerning the source listing itself must be directed to the operator of that source.
