These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to Guild Tags Indexer (the “Bot”), a private Discord application operated by Riyo. By using or interacting with the Bot in an authorized Discord server, you agree to these Terms.
Private availability
Guild Tags Indexer is not a public bot. Installation is restricted to Discord servers explicitly authorized by the operator. There is no public invite link, public onboarding process, or general right to access the Bot.
Authorized use
You may use the Bot only:
- Within a Discord server where its installation has been authorized by the operator.
- For the features and purposes exposed by the Bot to you.
- In compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, and applicable law.
Prohibited use
You may not:
- Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the Bot, its credentials, infrastructure, or stored data.
- Abuse commands, automate excessive requests, interfere with availability, or intentionally create unreasonable load.
- Use the Bot to violate another person’s rights, applicable law, or Discord platform rules.
- Attempt to bypass restrictions that limit the Bot to authorized servers.
Data and privacy
The Bot processes Discord data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Bot, you acknowledge that the data necessary to operate requested features may be processed in accordance with that policy.
Availability and changes
The Bot may be changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued at any time. Features may depend on Discord APIs or other third-party services and may stop working when those services change.
Access termination
Access may be removed at any time, including when a server is no longer authorized, these Terms are violated, Discord platform requirements change, or continued operation would create security, legal, or operational risk.
Intellectual property
The Bot, its branding, and original service materials remain the property of their respective owners. Discord names, trademarks, and platform assets belong to Discord or their respective rights holders.
No warranty
The Bot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the Bot, including losses caused by Discord outages, API changes, or unauthorized third-party activity.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the Bot, applicable law, or Discord platform requirements change. The “Last updated” date will be revised when changes are published. Continued authorized use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
